At Marcato SpA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
